Where gas hazards are found, the proven EC24 is an optimal solution for the safe monitoring of rooms and plant areas. ATEX-certified construction also ensures safe operation even in hazardous areas containing flammable risks.

External sensor option
As an option, the sensor can be installed separately from the transmitter. This means that the sensor can be positioned in the dangerous area, and the transmitter installed and adjusted in a safe area.

The EC24 uses plug-in electrochemical sensors which are highly selective. This minimises the chance for false alarms to occur. Integrated electronics provide safe transmission of the measuring signal to the control unit. Potentiometers and measuring contacts behind a service flap enable convenient one-man calibration directly at the device.
